This thread just reminded me of Fritessaus.... Man I miss Fritessaus, my Mother and Stepfather used to live in Holland so I discovered it when I used to visit. Years later I re-discovered it when I had a friend in Antwerp who used to send it to me. Alas I can no longer get it.
Simon do you reckon it would be much trouble to bring a bottle along to the herf in April and I will reimburse you?

there is a big diffrence between the Belgium fritessaus and the dutch fritessaus. Which one you like?
Effectively yes, the closest thing we have is mayo... But it's almost like a mixture of mayo and salad cream with something else. I'm not explaining it very well, all I know is that it's excellent On chips... Especially Flemish chips which are triple fried at different temperatures.
