Much milder. New P2s can be an ass kicker but if you leave it in the humi for 2 years, people find it palatable in terms of taste and strength. Naturally there are some who enjoy ass beatings... you might be one of those!

For me, the Upmann Mags are fantastic when young. They're hard to rival for cigars that can be smoked fresh and they're a rare one in that i believe don't requires more ageing. mind you, i've only had the tubos whose cedar compliments the overall profile nicely. Looking back, i've never had a cabinet H Upmann 46 or 50!

I'd still take the Mag 50 over the P2 any day.

Don't overlook the non cuban market! Easy as it is to do at first it's worth branching out and trying the rest of the world. Alec Bradley Black Market's are solid smokes as is the Macanudo 1968 if you still like your medium smokes. I just had a CAO Black that was all kinds of delicious and though it packs a bit more of a punch, check out the My Father range- particularly La Flor de Las Antillas. NUB also have some awesome smokes as do Arturo Fuente, though most of these are stronger sticks.

Heard great things about H. Uppman though, still not got round to smoking one myself but definitely worth a pop. Punch and Quintero have some nice milder smokes too.

I've not had the Prensado Churchill yet but I do have one coming in next week, the Prensado has won some serious accolades though and I'm pretty sure it's the Churchill vitola that got the most praise. Definitely worth a punt.

Welcome to the forum. I'd second the Alec Bradley's not had a bad one from them but REALLY enjoyed the presado.

My brain is melting with the decision
