I came across this site by accident. I found it after reading a cigar blog out of the UK. I have been smoking for about 15 years now. As far the US domestic market goes I like Fuente....never had a bad one. Padron 64 series is nice. The non flavored Drew Estate stuff is solid (Liga and Nica Rustica). Tats are pretty good if you don't have to pay through the nose for the limited edition stuff. Oliva does a fantastic job for the price.
As far as cigars I am not allowed to have go....I love Bolivar. A box of Bolivar Royal Coronas might the worth the time in federal prison. Bolivar Beli. Finos are a close second. The Diplomaticos No.4 was another favorite until its deletion. Por Lar. petit corona does not get near enough credit in my book. Ramon Allones SS with some age on it is great. For the sake of this not turning into War and Peace....I tend not to do Sancho Panza, RyJ or Cohiba. The first two are just not to my liking and Cohiba is good but I think better value can be had from other lines. I am lucky enough to have traveled to the UK before (I also went to grad school in Canada) and while I have no opinion on UK prices I will say that each of you on here that smoke are good people......with second mortgages on your houses to pay for cigars. If you have any questions about the cigars we have on the domestic market here feel free to ask. I am not sure exactly what makes it across the pond and what does not. Have a great day,
Aaron
