  • Hello

Hi all, I'm Simon from North London. I have been playing around with cigars for the last few years after being given a Cohiba robusto in Cuba (by another Brit, not some dodgy bloke). I have been trying different ones for the last year or so and have finally bought a basic humi last month. I'm always on the look out for a new place to smoke, and am struggling like many others on here. I have recently really enjoyed the Hoyo esp. 2, and slowly going through a Torano sampler. After reading many posts on here, I think I will be trying some AF short stories next. I enjoy riding my motorbike too, so if anyone feels like a ride out and a herf, drop me a message.

    Simon

Thanks guys, David I have been reading the forum for a few weeks, and you are right, it seems like a good crowd on here! I wish I could make the herf on Sunday, but I promised 'er in doors' we'd do something. Sitting at the prince didn't qualify apparently!

You won't find a cooler crowd in the UK...louder, perhaps....but not cooler.

Hi Simon, your better off for smoking places, I live in Orkney where a 40 mph gale is described as breezy.

It's frustrating when you see places in the states like this (see pic) at cigar king. I realise there is nothing like that over here. And if we did they went down the pan when the smoking ban came in. Would love to go to a place like that after a hard day at work! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1361568153.500425.jpg

                              Hi and welcome Simon.

I still hanker after a good breakfast run on my motorbike but hung my leathers up a few years ago, slippers and a stogie now!
