  • Greetings from Maidenhead, Berkshire.

Have been smoking cigars since 1987, mainly Cohiba, but occasionally HDM Epicure No 1. Favourites, depending on the time and mood. Siglo2, Siglo4, Esplendidos. I travel on business about two to three times a year although I am wary of buying cigars in airports. Saw a genuine looking box of Siglo2 in Almaty airport for ?180, but refused to buy it as he wouldn't allow me to open it first to check the condition. Will post soon as I have had a busy weekend smoking different cigars, wife busy with Olympics!

    Welcome aboard!

Are you strictly a Cuban man or do you indulge in the odd NC too?

Thanks to all for your warm welcome. James, I don't think I tried Nicaraguan, although I tried Honduran many years ago and liked them, but didn't think they were up to Cuban quality. If you think I should try Nicaraguan, please make a suggestion and I will try it.

theres a nice lil shop in reading called shave and coster. they have a decent collection and also have a little walk in humi. i use to love sitting in the courtyard of hotel du vin in henley on thames, they also have a decent sized walk in humi. although bit pricey you can still enjoy

get yourself to one of these, where do u buy at the moment?

I've got a great cigar collection - it's actually not a collection, because that would imply I wasn't going to smoke every last one of 'em.
