Welcome Lion O! I am local to those parts (Stowmarket grr!), Ipswich being my second home as my gf lives on the quay.

The Ipswich tobacconists aint too bad, but will recommend Lorfords in Bury St Eds as David the owner has a bigger selection plus a walk in humi.

Best of luck on the cigar hunt. May even bump into you at some point for a herf...

Do not compare to a good cigar for me, 5 mins smoke compared to a hour long relax with a nice stick.
Also a bit too much like fags for me as well.

                  Hi and welcome!

When I first started smoking cigars, I would often smoke the mini's as they were good if I fancied a cigar, but didn't have an hour to spare. Nowadays, I don't smoke them, simply because as I smoked more cigars and began to understand what makes a good cigar (to me at least), they just seemed less appealing.

The quality of the tobacco in them is not the same as you would get in a decent cigar with the same name on it though, so will never taste the same.

I'm an ex ciggy smoker and I often have a Cuban mini when going out for a drink or five (for some reason I now only crave nicotine when tipsy). They definitely don't compare to proper hand-rolled cigars, but they're still quite pleasant and perfect for a 10 minute break.
If you want a midget to look like a baby, don't put a cigar in his mouth.

Have a google for 'cigar purging'. That can often help, also you can overheat a cigar if you draw too 'hard' on it. A longer gentle suck is often better. Please insert jokes here......
