Sorry bud, sounds like their only use is compost. Once completely dried out, the rejuvenation process will take months to years. You can take oil away from a stogie but cannot place back.
The Cohibas have very littel smell compared to the tubed RyJ items. So not good I reckon. I've now googled it and understnd the problem better. Not much good giving to my brotehr unless he buys a humidor etc, As I said samllclub PM your addres adn I'll send you some. Thye are fragiel I was going to thrwo tehm in a jiffy bag, now I look, that won't work, so wrapping will be a pain. Don't want to spend too much time on it, but i'll do my best.
There was someone on here that restored some old unhumidified sticks(tippex maybe) and they smoked ok from the review so might be worth a punt. As said above the tubos are not airtight and still require a humidor. Sorry to disappoint.
cohibatourist, I just sent you an email (can't use the private messaging as you don't meet the quota of posts). Let me know here if you don't get it. Thanks.
I have you "LE PLESSIS DORIN" address. I'll put out a handful and see how you go. I've contacted a friend of a freiend (He has a humidor). He sasy he'll have a go with the rest. Not sure, from how I now understand it, that I'm doing you any favours, but hey-ho. Good liuck.
