2 Points, Selling cigars that were bought duty free (ie in cuba) is illegal. And smoke them soon otherwise they will be dried out and unsmokable soon. (or buy a humidor)The new charity auction: http://www.ukcigarforums.com/showthr...lighter-raffle

If they came from a genuine Casa de Tabacos then all the receipts etc will be in order and a fair price will have been paid.
Guess it's a moot point at the moment anyway as our new member isn't in a position to be selling stuff until he's past the 50 post mark...

A criminal and a crook? I think that's just a slight exaggeration no?....Besides, Eddie i'm well aware that they're not UK duty paid so just for the record i didn't actually tell anyone that my cigars were 'for sale'? In fact the more i look at the different types and flavours of cigars i quite like the idea of swapping and changing with others for a bit of a variety, thats if i don't get banned from this character assassination lol.
Anyway 'spirit_of_will' thanks, and to answer your question i do have the reciept AND the carbon sheet you need to get them through airport. 'bigbarneyhotdog' i've asked the father-in-law to use his humidor for now and i'm picking it up tomorrow (he's doesn't use it)
Ok, don't hurt me now haha..Make it happpen..

Let's try to straighten this out a little... nobody is meaning to get on your case here. The problem is that we get a LOT of (and I mean too many) people who find the forum who just want to offload cigars that they have brought back from Cuba hoping to make a fast buck.
Typically we get the same old story and the cigars turn out to be rubbish!
Might be why folks can be a little jumpy.
But you seem to have it all covered, so stick around, smoke a few and join in the banter and pretty soon you'll be on the case of the next person to pop by with a glass topped box of fauxhibas!

Welcome aboard!
As has already been said, stick around for a while, join in and get to know the guys around here, its a good place to spend some time.
Youll have plenty of time to buy and swap cigars if smoking them is something you decide to stick with. However, to decide this....youre going to need to start smoking a few cigars, working through some of the brands and sizes to see what you like, and see if it is something you want to part with your hard earned cash for. So I suggest, whatever you came back from Cuba with, start smoking. See how you like them, buy a couple of samplers from our sponsor at the top of page, and see how they compare, and start to find your own preference.
If its something you decide to take up fully, I'm pretty sure you'll end up like the rest of us, where you'd be more willing to give up your wife than to part with any of your cigars!
