The Prince was talking about a Christmas Herf. Also I am going to arrange another lunch at Simpson's Restaurant next year if you want to put your name down on the list? (lunch is ?32.50 including half a bottle of wine)

High Folks, sorry I have been away in Cornwall for a few days, taking a break with no computer access but a large selection of quality sticks to keep me out of mischief. So on a herf in Brum, I would be happy to host such an event here at the Prince. As I keep suggesting dates, its obvious its difficult to get 100% agreement. So I am going to suggest a date and will post this later tonight, once I have read thru all the suggestions and dates folks can't do. Hopefully it will work for everyone.

OK boys and girls, lets make it Wednesday 8th December. From say 8pm at The Prince. As a special treat and on the basis that we can get at least a handful of folks together, I will ask the wonderfully talented Chicken Bone John to come and play some blues for us. Now he's a mean blues man, what's more he will be playing on guitars made from cigar boxes I have given him! No joke sounds great.
Next Wednesday, from 8pm at The Prince.
