Mike, the solution for us cheapo's is to share a room, I can't confirm until the New Year as Shell is changing our rotas but if I am off, I will certainly be there.

Sure it does take a lot of planning. This isn't just a dozen guys meeting at a pub for lunch & a smoke, this will be a professional catered event. For those how haven't been to one of the previous herf's Martyn has organised, I can't recommend them enough; great way to put faces to names & try different smokes as we swap & jar all night. Can't confirm until the New Year but if anyone is interested in sharing a hotel room, let me know.
