Popped in to the Star and they have a relatively large outside smoking area part of which is covered. If people think that this would be a suitable venue I'm happy to discuss with the landlord the possibility of reserving a table outside. I'd also be happy to organise a walking tour round the town. At the moment I am free any Saturday in May. Open to suggestions.

That's a pain. Sadly from past experience there are always going to be days that some people can't do. I'd be happy to do both the 12th and 26th if there is enough interest, or alternatively the 12th in Godalming and another at a convenient location to [MENTION=13472606]Tomm783[/MENTION] in June.

No reason why we couldn?t do two in a fairly short space of time is there?

I?m easy, happy to miss May if the 12th is the best date for everyone and equally happy to attend the 26th of there are enough people.

Alternatively if free 9th and 23rd June if a second herf date needs to be proposed?

Ok. Let's confirm the 12th May and if a couple of others are up for it then I will host the 26th as well.

As for programme I suggest meeting at 12 for a drink and a pre lunch cigar. Then a bite to eat before a walk returning (weather permitting) returning to the pub around 3 for round 2. That way anyone who can't make lunch will still have an opportunity to meet up. How does that sound? If I can pull my finger out I will also try to bring the finished humidor if anyone would like to see it.
