I'm free all day too, so happy to go with what others decide. Never been to a herf or cigar lounge, so no idea how these things work.

Turn up with whatever supplies you need, soft drink, chocolate etc ( I grab a coffee from Cafe Nero on Piccadilly) and buy a cigar from their walk in humidor. Go upstairs and smoke and hopefully identify the rest of the guys so you can sit together. Fox's supply water and coffee, you are not permitted to take in alcohol.
