  • UKCF Day trip to Geneva

MrMaduro and I are thinking going on a day trip to Geneva to visit Gesto etc. who else would be interested? Thinking within the next couple of months. Easyjet is coming up the cheapest at ?50ish but we may find cheaper when we have a date sorted.

if the dates suit me i'd be interested, a months notice for work is essential. Wouldn't it be ideal to stop over a night though?

The thinking was that by not staying overnight meant more money left for buying cigars. Nothing is set in stone yet. If people want to stay overnight they can, we all don't have to do the same thing. My mrs is happy for me to go on a day trip, but as she wants to go to Geneva at some point, would take exception to me staying over.

Having stayed in a Geneva hotel you could buy a lot more cigars by returning the same day, the room rates are ridiculous.

It is indeed. Barcelona is a similarly brilliant hunting ground but with no limits (within reason lol)

Mmm I see... Which is cheaper?

If we go Geneva, maybe drag all the Missus along for the day trip as Mules?

Really? I thought Spanish prices were set by the Government and therefore quite low, especially with regard to older stock, as they're not permitted to charge a premium?
