Now that the garden room at the Lanesborough is closed where do people recommend as another suitable location? Any thoughts on the Mayfair Garden Room or Cigar Terrace at The Wellesley?

I preferred the Mayfair to the Wellesly. The Churchill Bar and Terrace at the Hyatt is also quite good.
