Dear Friends,

Many thanks for all your help. We have been very moved by the level of support we have received.

People have donated nearly ?2000 worth of prizes …and we expect to add to this list before the day!

I am delighted to announce the following Auction and Raffle items.

Auction at the event (as not practical to post):
1. One bottle of Hine Cigar Reserve Cognac
2. Three foot tall Padron wooden cigar autographed by Jose O Padron, Jorge Padron and the other senior executives


Raffle prizes (buy tickets on-line and at the event):
1. Box of Oliva Serie V Perfecto 9 x 52 – one of only 2 boxes available in the EU. Never been sold in the UK before.

3. Box of Ashton La Aroma de Caribe Robusto’s - not available in the UK yet

How to buy Raffle tickets:
? You can purchase raffle tickets on-line now or on the day if you are attending.
? We will be selling the tickets in strips of five tickets for ?10 (you may buy as many ?10 strips as you wish)
? To buy tickets online please go to http://www.bmycharity.com/ukcigarauction and click on ‘Make a Donation”, follow the instructions and be sure to put your name, address and contact info. Please then email us at bigsmoke2013@btinternet.com repeating your details so we don’t miss anything.
? Post and packaging – if you are not there on the day we will post your prize to you. We will ask you to pay actual p and p costs. If you wish to donate your p and p costs to Help for Heros
we will post for free. We will confirm P and P costs after the raffle.



A few considerations:
1. Neither The Prince of Wales nor any of the organisers of the auction have any commercial interest whatsoever in this auction and raffle. Every penny raised will go directly to Help for Heroes. We are personally covering all costs.
2. Our official fundraising webpage is http://www.bmycharity.com/ukcigarauction we welcome all donations
3. This auction has been sanctioned by Help for Heroes , our event ID is: 20130604-6917-2543

For various reasons we want the money to go straight to the official fundraising page. Making Paypal a middleman can have issues.

It should be very easy. Just send the funds on the official page linked http://www.bmycharity.com/ukcigarauction and email us at bigsmoke2013@btinternet.comso we 100% have your details for the tickets.

...even if it takes a few mins it is for a good cause
