Hi Guys,
As some of you might know I'm the Marketing and Sales Manager for the Genting Club Casino in Reading, Berks. One of my jobs is to organise events and I'm going to have some fun and organise a Herf at the venue. Some points:
1. Would anyone be interested in attending?
2. Of course no smoking inside the venue and sadly the smoking area is just a little side alley. The only option would be to have a small marquee in the front area. Would this be acceptable to BOTL?
3. This isn't something I could organise alone, I would need the input from a forum such as this one and an online cigar retailer to come down and sell cigars on the day. I'd offer them free use of the venue and advertising for providing the marquee and staff to sell the cigars. Seem reasonable? Any suggestions of who would be interested?
4. We'd possibly do a special menu for the day. What sort of thing would people like?
Any general input would be great.
