  • UK Big Smoke

Hey guys looking for some feedback...

One Bank Holidy Monday this year, we are thinking of putting on a really big herf. Obviously the UK is not the US but as we have a 200 seat outdoor smoking area, why not.

Basically thinking cigar, drink and other trade stands; special offers and sampling ( within the law ). There would be food , perhaps a hog roast, music and other stuff. Probably in the afternoon with option to stay on late.

Admission by ticket sold in advance.perhaps 3 levels of tickets entitling attendees to 3 levels of cigar included in the ticket price.

Each ticket would be exceptional value:

Cuban legends - 4 really special, hard to find or recently released Havanas at say ?89 a ticket

New World Cigar Stars - 4 of the best New World Smokes at ?49

Intro to Cigars - 4 cigars that offer the perfect intro to smoking (aimed more at my local Customers)

Each selection woul include one or two cigars not available in the UK.

    Any thoughts or feedback appreciated

    Keith

I've got a great cigar collection - it's actually not a collection, because that would imply I wasn't going to smoke every last one of 'em.

Sounds like a great idea! Would be a pain for me to get to but, if I can I will! Let us know when you have a date set etc and I willl check my availability!

Sounds a superb idea, only problem is I tend to be booked up at hol times with new family stuff.

If I can make it I'd definitely be there though!

Sounds like a great idea. I can easily get to London from where I live so no problem there. Also, it depends which bank holiday your wanting to do.

Thanks for comments so far. On Hotels, we are just a 10 minute cab ride from city centre and there's dozens of hotels from ?39 per night to ?300 a night.

Once the date is confirmed if I'm available I'll be there for a Cuban legend ticket.

Obviously I don't really want to go... but any excuse to annoy dale!
