Not today, but my smoke last night was a very nice Boli Coronas Extra, alongside a large glass of Jura Superstition. It's the whisky that's been in my collection the longest, and it's also the bottle which is probably most full... Not sure why, there doesn't seem to be anything specifically 'wrong' with it, in fact it's not half-bad, but it doesn't quite float my boat. As for the Boli... well, what can you say, lovely intense flavours, barely put a foot wrong... it was a Boli.
PS. Incidentally, I smoked it whilst watching Johnny English (can't wait for the sequal), and couldn't help noticing the uncanny similarity between John Malkovich's character, Pascal Sauvage, and former Cigar Aficionado legend, James Suckling...
Siglo VI tubed this evening with a bottle of red (some Blossom Hill plonk) After 75 hours at work this week, I'm off for 2 weeks now, Mrs Hotdog is away for the night and I'm fighting to stay awake and get mashed. Siglo was not as nice as it should have been, not as flavoursome. I'm thinking I should get back down the Garden Inn and get something special alight, but it's tough guys, real tough!
