I smoked an RyJ Wide Churchill with a bottle of Blue Moon beer tonight whilst watching Men of Honour. The WC (unfortunate acronym) was surprisingly good, given a lot of the comments I've read about them. The film was excellent - one of the few Naval films I had yet to watch, and well worth the wait.

Had my first smoke in a few days... nice to chill after work in my mate's garden with a lovely BBQ'd steak, ale and a nice drop of Cab Sauv.

Smokes:

Dec '09 Party 898 which was perfect in every way, super compact ash and lovely all the way down to the nub
Aug '09 Mag 48 - very nice but I should've smoked it before I had the 898!

Sounds about right. The last 898 I had was a powerhouse, couldn't imagine following it with anything.
