Hmm choices choices it would be a peat from the west like yourself or a simple uncomplicated warm you up black bush lol i tell you what tho I'm drinking some amount of bulmers over ice right now it's not funny! And I had a couple of meetings to attend in the guineas storehouse of all places and naturally the guiness is lovely there!!

ahhhh, the joys of the simple black bush!!! it's the mainstay in my drinks cabinet, i always have a bottle of bushmills on hand (during special occasions through the year, i also have a bottle of 16yr old, though not as often as i'd like)!!! i found that redbreast is fantastic stuff, as is connemara and tyrconnell!!! in fact, anything from the cooley distillery......
