Possibly the tightest-drawing H.Upmann PC that has ever been created...a hint of liquorice on pre-light draw, but first third is terribly hard to get a mouthful of smoke - looking at the cap, I've not seen such a tightly-packed cigar so far (a million miles away from last nights Davi 2k)...I just don't think it'll improve - persist or dump?

Sat last night a persevered my way through a severely disapointing Montecristo Petit Edmundo.

I smoked one from the same box last summer and it wasn't great but thought after a year of resting that this one would be better.

No such luck !!

And this used to be one of my favourites too.

Smoked one of the flor de cano short robusto i got from the H&F party, must say i was impressed, smooth with nice flavours may have to get a box
