Finished work this morning and now i have two weeks off...whoop whoop. Going camping tomorrow so please say a prayer for me regarding plenty of sunshine and an abundance of scantily clad girls who just happen to be and the same campsite as me and love the smell of a good Cuban.

Starting on my holiday stash already with a excellent Cohiba Siglo VI and a cold Hoegaarden. Cheers chaps, hope you all have a good weekend.

Still waiting for some decent weather to appear.

Started the day with a little black coffee and a JL No2.

I had a Monte No4 this morning after breakfast and I am about to fire up a Monte No2 with a bottle of vintage port. It's been a while since I smoked no2 but I hve 2 boxes delivered last Thursday..

Just finished another RyJ petit Julieta, had 3 now and all consistently nice, loads of smoke and a nice buzz for a small un.

End of a lovely sunny (finally!) day...just sparked up an Davidoff 2000 - perfect, easy draw. Strong grey ash. Mild and Creamy smoke in abundance. A very pleasant mareva indeed.

                **EDIT
What a lovely, smooth cigar. I know it's NC but what the heck...millions can't be wrong. I would be happy to have a box of these to hand...

After a day outside painting finished up with a R Patel Churchill thingy and a nice pint of Adnams.

I had two completely contrasting experiences today. This afternoon I smoked a Monte No.5. I'd been looking forward to trying this stick as I'd read good things but it was just horrible. Nothing but a nasty bitter grassy taste for the first 2/3 to the point where I nearly gave up on it but I battled on. As it went into the final 1/3 it changed a little and got a bit peppery but it also got very hot so I ditched it. Very disappointed as I was sitting in a lovely beer garden with a great pint and everything else was perfect.

On the flip side I smoked a RyJ No.2 in the car on the way home from my gig. What a stick! So smooth with a nice sweetness that wasn't overpowering. Lovely flavour throughout with a bit of spice towards the end. Delicious! I think this is going to be my first box buy.

Relaxed in the evening with a Vegas Robaina Famosos '07 on the patio with a strong coffee...

                      Cheers, HabanoSy

                        Busy again!!
RyJ Churchill then a Magnum 46 followed by a Lusitania. To cap the evening off a nice wee Reyes
