Went for a Monte PE not long back but sorry to say i had to ditch it had loads of problems with it bad construction/draw/burn ect.. first prob ive ever had with a monte but decided to move onto a cohiba sig 2 and now im happy

I was sadly disappointed. Think I built it up in my mind and it did not deliver. I found it hard work with little reward. Was I wrong to expect it to sit alongside the Bolivar No.1 & Partagas SD Especial ive smoked recently? Ive a Monte PE sitting in reserve I may tuck into to cheer myself up?

Hmm shame about the RASS Nick ive a box from 07 and they are stunning smokes dont let that one cigar put you off it could be a one off or maybe just not to your tastes, i had a bloody awfull monte PE earlier had to ditch it

I agree Keith...the RASS is a classic cigar. I don't think I've ever had a duffer

Shame you didn't like that PE..they're one of my go-to smokes!
