Having a lunch time drink (well nearly lunch time). A nice cold hoegaarden and a very nice Hoyo Petit Robusto. Have burned through the cab of these far too quickly.

Agree with you on the Hoyo Petit Robusto, I bought a box of 25 after a friend had gifted me a pack of three, they are disappearing very fast.

Just got out of a meeting at the Uni, on-call tonight at the hospital....... couple of spare hours this afternoon so I'm starting off with a RASS. Not had one of these for a while and I really shouldn't have left it so long! Its a good solid smoke that has retained its profile whilst others have evolved, not always for the better IMO.

Work now finished until Tuesday and just settled into the rocking chair with a really chilled glass of Chardonnay and a nicely aged JL#2

So tucked into a HdM Le Hoyo du Maire '98...

Creamy, cedar and light earth notes coming through...

All accompanied by a lovely cup of tea...

I went to the pub this afternoon with a friend had a RyJ no 2 tubos I got from Waitrose not bad, but a bit dry for my liking. Wrapper started cracking, still smoked till it started burning my fingers nice woody/earthy flavours not very complex but still a nice early afternoon smoke accompanied by a pint of Ruddles and a Sailor Jerry spiced rum.

Had a Juan Lopez Petit Corona along with a Birra Moretti last night out in town. Lovely Cigar, had this flavour profile I can't quite pin down, but was quite unique and don't get with many other Cigars.

Enjoyed a Diplomaticos No.2 from '08 with a bottle of red wine...

Espresso coffee and dark chocolate notes all the way through...
