Not tried the stella artois 'cidre' yet. How is it?

I had to settle for a nice glass of Knockando 12 Year old and a rather tasty Montecristo Especial. Cheers.

        hey jacob,
the stella 'cidre' is very nice, very refreshing!!! even better that it's on offer in asda, ?1 for a pint bottle, ?3 for 4 cans!!! the only other cider i usually drink is aspall's premier cru, organic or draught!!!

btw, i'm also loving the monte especial no.1 at the moment!!! got a few of the H&F aged sticks from 1997, they've been smashing.....

        all the best,

        alex

Hadn't even heard of that cider until now. I don't drink beer/lager, only cider, so I'll be grabbing one as soon as I see it.

            hey deano,
i'd definitely recommend the aspall cyder over the stella!!! check out the range on their site, my fav is the premier cru!!! it's ?1.70 a bottle in tesco, asda, etc:

also, here's a link for the stella cidre, to give you an idea of what to expect:
Stella Artois has been crafting the finest lager with quality ingredients since its first brew in Belgium over 600 years ago.

            hope this helps,

            alex
