    Sorry folks, me again.
Running late today so no morning smoke. Going NC today, had a Illusione MK Corona after lunch. Full of leather, earth and spice. like it. Think this is my favourite size in the Illusione line.

    Cheers.

Lusitania from a 1999 cab, bought 5 from cigar afficianado Andy, what can i say, the last one i had was very young and blew my head off, this one although it started light on the draw and amount of smoke, at half way the smoke became massive and full of flavour, there was no heavy nicotine hit just a smooth buzz, happy days.

That's good to know... picked up a couple myself! Saving them for a nice balmy summer evening...

Just had my first Rocky Patel, a 1990 Robusto.

What a pleasant surprise this cigar was, very creamy all the way though, a very mild first third changing to almond at the midpoint, hints of vanilla and menthol all the way after this, changing to woody, nutty at the end, never losing that smmoth creamyness.

I didn't want to believe the hype about RP cigars but after this one I am a total convert, the best NC smoke I've had to date.

Coupled this with a few pints of Kipling, the lightness of the beer complimented the subtle flavours of the cigar beautifully.

I had an Oliva Serie V Figurado after a meeting at the bank (South West Cigars is a step closer ), lasted the best part of two hours and was rather nice. Enjoyed the erroneously named Churchill last year (I think it's a 52RG - that's NOT a Churchill), and this was very much cut of the same cloth. Bit of a bugger to light though, what with it's very peculiar, very tight, pig-tail foot.

Nice to hear you had a good experience. I have a RP 1990 'The Sixty' sitting in my humi waiting for the good weather. Looking forward to it even more now!
