I had a very nice RYJ Churchill. Sat on the sun deck watching the wife cut the lawn. Very relaxing. Really enjoyed this smoke, perhaps it was the weather or the fact I wasn't trying hard to find flavours.

Depending on the range of cigars between 1-10 years. He was clear that he could only speak for their product but in so far as he was concerned there was no clear benefit in ageing Padron cigars after they were rolled. He also pointed out that different tobacco ages in very different ways.

We smoked (i think) a 1964 Imperial (maduro and Claro) and the 45th Family Reserve. I have smoked both of these before and Padron have amazing consistency but not to my pallet. Just miss the certain creamy something that I get from Cubans.

Jorge was explaining the lengths they go to to ensure consistent and I think this is very apparent as my experience is they are very consistent with excellent build quality.
