just had the first cigar of the evening, an '08 partagas D4 that was lying at the bottom of my humidor!!! it's been there from i bought the thing about a year and a half ago!!! it was like revisiting an old friend.......

Barrel Proof!

Working my way through a bottle of Havana Club Barrel proof and just finished the Cohiba EL 2006: good but nowhere near the Cohiba Sublime.

JLPC and JL No2 earlier. Hope everyone has a great New year.

Kicking off 2011 with an Alec Bradley Tempus, a truly fine NC in my opinion. Not sure which cuban will round off the night later, decisions, decisions!

I hope you all have a cracking 2011 with plenty of new smoking delights. As for myself I am branching out to my second humi (well, second coolador at least) as the first is now full, happy days.

My second hygrometer is calobrating as we speak and I have a box of JL2s winging their way from across the seas to kick off the new humi.

hey all,
the last cigar of 2010 for me was the partagas derie d especial EL2010!! my second this year!!! i'm so glad i've 2 boxes of these bad boys!!! last one i had was 8 months ago on my birthday, which was fantastic, this one was just yummy yummy yummy!!! very chocolaty, sweet sweet espresso, spicey!!!! paired it with a dowes port which complemented it perfectly!!! started it at 22:30, finished it at 23:55!!!

have to say, i left 2010 a very happy man.........
