A rare double stick day for me...maybe due to an early dinner and copious amounts of sauv blanc! Followed the slightly at odds with my tastes RP Decade with a Hoyo Du Depute.....everyone of the HDM sticks I have make me love their blend...lovely
hey poohbear,
i'm a big fan of the cuaba salamones!!! mine were an 09 box and they smoked like a dream! saying that, most of my 09 cigars have been smoking brilliant!!!!
this evening was finished off with a bolivar gold medal with some nice shiraz!!! this has to be one of the greatest habanos' in production, IMO!!! i feel another box purchase coming on.......
A bit of a "what's the point" Cigar. The ring gauge too big that doesn't really deliver anything more than the Short Churchill. Possibly being a little too down on the Cigar but didn't do much for me.

Steve, how was the build on yours, the two we tried a few weeks ago (from different boxes) were under-packed that severely impacted the enjoyment.

Little medical correction there Steve, you will surely die...but not from smoking these

I would say it was packed 'decently'. I noticed that it burnt pretty damn quickly though. I wouldn't say there was a fault with the Wide Churchill, but I can see where you're coming from
I won't be buying another Wide Churchill in a hurry tho :-)
