Other than driving or other heavy machinery ofc.
Alcohol free or 0.5% has come along way since Kaliber from Guinness & to my mind is palatable now. However I defy anyone to have half a dozen pints of it in a session! One with a meal when driving or being stuck on an Oil Rig/dry ship. Especially when your not keen on soft drinks offered in pubs. I'll have one Tonic but wouldn't want more. What I cannot fathom is anyone walking into a pub & asking for alcohol free rum or gin? Beyond my comprehension & yet the industry has spent millions developing these lines & therefore must believe there's a market in the alcohol free 18-25yo's.

I usually drink once a week, my idea of moderation. I don't sleep well after any amount of alcohol and also get bad hangovers and anxiety. I train 5/6 days a week and it also affects that.
I love champagne and fine wine, Double IPA's and cocktails for the taste over the effects. If they could be recreated to taste the same as the alcoholic versions I would mostly drink them. Unfortunately they are nowhere near and I don't think ever will be.
Alcohol free lager and Guinness though, not bad, a few of them on a Sunday with a cigar is a good time without everything listed above.

I do try and hit the gym 3 days a week. But I tend to drink something most nights. But not more than 2 drinks. I tend to sleep fine! Tonight was high ABV... 20250220_200547-COLLAGE.jpg
