AF Toast Across America in the hotel lobby in Egypt. Smoking indoors in areas is permitted and having been the generation where I couldn't ever smoke indoors, I really don't see the harm if everyone consents and we're all grown ups, bar staff included.
They don't seem to care about H&S though, on the way to a boat trip today I saw a bloke stood 5 stories up on a development in flip flops, no harness, T shirt, fag in his mouth, and what looked like an arc welder having a go at some rebar….😂
