A rather intriguing Sobremesa Brûlée Blue - Steve Saka makes some cracking cigars - hint of sweetness in the wrapper and most sublime salted peanut and vanilla finish in the smoke - bloody lovely mild smoke - Steve came up with this cigar - he wanted to be reminded of a Davidoff Don Perignon from when Davidoff still made cigars in Cuba. I have no idea if he succeeded or not, but judging by the excellent taste I don’t really care 👍

Very special cigar today, a 2006 H.Upmann Monarch, the tube has done its job of slowing maturation & has kept an amazing amount of strength, for a marca more known for it's med strength. I gave a Punch Monarch left, will report on that one in due course, fingers 🤞 it matches it .

A small but very fruity little QD50 for me this evening! Going to be a busy end to the week - so nice to have a mid week moment to chill!
