No! I did worry it was ruined. Not much change to the flavour really. Dried out pretty quickly. I was worried, capillary action, it would affect the whole cigar. It was Monkey shoulder so not too strong in flavour.
I did joke that my next trick was to accidentally drop it into some honey. I hope not...

I’ve never done it either but it does sound interesting if it’s the right flavour whiskey.
I saw a video of Arnie the Governator that brushes his cigars with tequila and dips it and seems to love it
