On the road to Philly to measure up for a Painting estimate . A La Perla Habana Classic. Good morrning smoke. Then for the 2 hr. ride home a Rocky Patel Sun Grown Torp. Ah what a wonderful day for cigars!
I smoked a reasonable Rocky Patel 2nds - not sure who gave me this one (it was gifted by someone on the forum, I feel rather bad for forgetting who, though I have got an idea). Thank you whoever. It was nutty, then fruity. Then I had to put it down as it was lasting longer than expected and I had to be somewhere.
I gave one of my mates an Alonso Menendez No10 - not a bad smoke at all in my opinion (just posted the review on my blog). He concurred completely with my analysis - mild and smooth. Also worth noting that I've now smoked two, and he smoked this one, and all three have burned absolutely brilliantly.
