Stopped off at Selfridges on the way back from paying in my first fee cheque for over 15 months & bought a D4 to celebrate with tonight.

I've never enjoyed a D4 before, but only smoked 3 or so back in the early 00's when the wrappers all seemed very thin, wrinkly & papery (anyone else had D4's like that?). This one seems proper Partagas, so I'm fully hopeful it should be a goody - certainly for the price: could have got a 1/3rd of a P2 Tubos three-pack from Mitch for that. Ah-well, impulse buys, at least it was packed in a nice Habanos EMS metal tube.

Hope it goes well with the 1/2 price Croft Indulgence port I bought the other day (see my thread in the BAR forum).
