It’s been a while…but this gem which is not now going to see its close by eigth birthday is making me wonder why i’ve mot smoked for so long
2015 wide churchill….i remember being advised that it was a good year for this production, and they would benefit age also. I was told correct. Soft, smooth, cedar, light notes of coffee and chocolate, but also nuts. I want to say pistachio… but since covid the second time i’m amazed when i taste anything new even now 11 months since the last bout, i am finding tastes comeing back that i didnt realise that didnt come back when the majority returned a few months after having it.
