What year is the box? Heard of 2020 boxes. I've tried just one from original release. Was really good.

Bought them from Duty Free connection in SA so they have a nicely placed set of stickers over the box and year. Not sure if there’s anything to decipher from the serial checker on the Habanos site:

Does any of that tell us the year?

If not I’ll warm up the box and peel the stickers off the bottom.

I don't think the habanos codes are decipherable as far as dates go. If it was me I'd for sure get the hair dryer out and find out. And I'd remove the cigars from the box first before removing sticker of course 😝

If your not enjoying them, I'd sell, crazy prices now & you can buy something you enjoy more. 5yrs age, they should be getting there by now, wouldn't expect much improvement from 6-10yrs.

Finally picked a bigger stick today & no negative side effects. Churchill time! Been a while since I had one & this my first non Tubed. First half smoked very well &I was impressed by the flat's coming through. Whilst it did need a couple pule of touch ups, probably just due to sm I King outside.
Second half rather flat, needs more time I.M.H.O.
