It’s a good stick. A bit rough just after lighting but it’s settled down nicely.

Not overly complex on flavour, but very smooth. Had a little burn issue to touch up but that could be the winds fault.

Honestly expected more flavour.

Edit: down to almost halfway now and it’s really picked up the pace on flavour and strength.

Not tried anymore of my box for a couple of years but they were pretty good, full flavoured when I last sampled them. Good ageing potential hopefully.

The flavour came in nicely after that first bit. Definitely agree on leaving them for a while longer to age

Monte Open Junior - Construction issues aside, this one wasnt too bad... Nice flavour but no transition (presumably fairly standard in a vitola this small?). Although it did need constant relights, possibly due to the cold blustery weather.

That has the rarer Pennsylvania Broadleaf. Want to pick some of those up.

It was really good, didn't realise how well priced they were until I looked it up halfway through. It is a great vitola, will definitely pick up some more of these.
