I decided to treat myself to an Esmeralda today but it was bloody hard work. It was rock hard and needed well reaming before I could get any smoke out of it and the burn was awful.

PJ, shame about the Trini, you have a right to expect better construction & quality control from that marca & price! Just wondering was it a fairly recent box? Perhaps they have had usual rollers sick & have promoted less experienced ones to fill orders? When I visited the factory, there was draw testing going on, if she wasn't happy she broke up the stick sent it back on a tray to the Roller; they poorly get paid for sticks that are accepted.
