Rough night for me. Went to bed at 2am and was awake by 4am so sat outside waiting for the sun to come up with a few espressos and an Alec Bradley Tempus Robusto

is all okay with you lee? that's a couple of reports of sleepless nights!!!! i work split shifts, starting at 5am!!! i usually finish around 11pm, and by the time i wash and wind down, i'm usually eading to bed around midnight/ 1am!!! i can tell you, it plays havoc with the health!!!!

........oh, and to keep on topic, since this is my day off, i have a monte petite tubos waiting for lunch, as well as a bag of that coffee big_T recommended (only ground, not the beans)!!! niiiice!!!!
