Monte 4. Been a pretty poor box so far, they look and smell lovely but need constant double puffs or smoke output is minimal and they go out. Dry boxes this one for just over a week and still the same issues.

I had similar issues with the last box I had of these. A couple were great but most rolled far too tight. I could see the ring gauge variance when they were lined up and the wider ones smoked fine, the narrower ones were poor.
I really get annoyed at Cuban quality control sometimes given the price we pay in the UK.

Interestingly the UK retailers often quote a guarantee. If you are unhappy with the quality you can go back to them. I've not tested this however.

In a lounge if I've bought a cigar that's plugged, I've been able to change it.

I’ve seen on other forums they are one of the most inconsistent cigars due to the huge number produced. Such a shame as they taste great when they’re smoking as they should but the relights or over puffing really brings the bitterness out.

They’re only about 3 years old, will stick them in the back hidden away and try again this time next year.

I don’t think age can fix being rolled too tight.
only dry boxing could help a bit or getting rid of some of the tobacco with one of those perfect draw implements I think.
You’d have thought with high volumes they’d have enough practice and tight quality control over such a reliable income stream.

A perfect draw is something I definitely need to invest in as you’re right but I still don’t want to accept it 😂.

Definitely get a PerfecDraw....it pays for itself after you've fixed 2 or 3 cigars. One of the best tools you can have
