I have to agree PJ, I never got on with the D4, in fact it's the only Party I don't enjoy. The 898 is splendid & ages very well, probably the best of current production. The SdCon No1,2&3 take some beating but increasing HTF. The Salomones is an outstanding smoke & the best LCDH IMHO, wish I had another box of those.

Agreed on both points.
I've tried lots of D4s from many different boxes but they're only just decent.... Never spectacular like the 898
