Toscano Antico today. I don’t have these fire cured beauties often ( cheapskate I cut them in half) but when I do they’re a cracking tasty smoke and they get better still with age on them

I liked it a lot Steve. I really would suggest to revisit. 2,5 hour smoke, medium bodied, lots of spice and cedar. Even the last third was enjoyable
