An enjoyable conversation and a couple of great cigars to match. Mine was a SLR Tesoros Edición Regional España 2016, courtesy of Emaresee - Probably my favourite cigar so far, it was smooth but didn't lack flavour 👍🏻

They're becoming very hard to find now, I enjoyed lots but I think in a year or so they'll be even better

Steve kindly sorted three singles out for me as I like to try the new stuff that hits the market. This cigar didn't do it for me at all. The first third was bland, the second third was OK and the final third was muted and young. Maybe they'll turn into something nice in five years but I'm not willing to take that gamble and rather spend my money on the upcoming RA.

I used to really like Monte but their recent special releases just don't do it for me. I don't like the Dantes and the 80th but will wait one more year to try them again once they have reached 5 years of age to give them another chance.

It's only going to be France for now Steve. Sourcing from Germany has become almost impossible for me unless I'm there in person. They changed the sales policy at the LCDH and I need to be there to beg for full boxes otherwise they limit sales to a few singles per customer.
