the cigar kid generously handed these Hemingway Signatures out at yesterday's herf so it seemed rude not to smoke it. Sadly had to bin the last two inches due to a tar build up.

Haha, oh well, I’m happy now. So impressed with your collection but in the case of the Grandes, I still have full box and about 5 singles. Lol

And going on the hunt in Spain for more but I don’t think I will be this lucky

Good luck on the search. A unicorn for sure. I may have a box via a private sale but the auction market is a little nuts right now. Making the private sales a bit too expensive right now.

Yes, prices have been ridiculous lately. That auction site down under has been realizing record prices with every other box. Makes me really think about unloading some boxes but I don't like to ship outside of Europe....

Agreed. Rob told me that they have set 3 world records for online auctions so far.

Unfortunately, this sets the pace for Habanos SA to continue to raise prices, especially when you factor in year over year increase in Cuban cigar sales and the prices that auctions are getting.

I’m glad that I stocked up when I did. Gives me the option to buy or just smoke what I got. If I ever stopped smoking cigars, it would be a good return on investment. That’s not happening anytime soon though.... 😁
