Just done an hour @ gym lost a stone in 4 weeks so having a cheeky Cain to celebrate whilst driving into notts. :-) -
Brother in Laws Birthday, will be partaking in a R&J No.2 and probably a Monty No.4
with a few crafty drinks thrown in

Just working my way through a monte no 4 right now, with a Sam Smith IPA to wash it down. mmm!
Struggling with the draw a bit on this one though, have noticed this a lot with Montes lately.
