That is an amazing coincidence. I had exactly that experience with the same cigar this afternoon strolling along beside the sea. Started with a very bitter taste and while it smoothed out a bit after an inch really harsh bitterness dominated everything else and made me feel a bit horrid. Half done it went into the bin.
