I was enjoying a Padilla Habano before the car behind me decided to plow into the back of me. I got out the car in a daze, vomited everywhere and apparently the guy said my car was fine and drove off.

Now its my word against his with the police apparently, plus i had the exact same accident last march, and i just recovered. What a year 2010 has been for me so far.

Damn, Lee! You are in need of a long holiday, mate.

Leaving the scene of an accident is a serious crime in the States...

Sorry to hear about that Lee. Happened to me last year a week after getting a new car. Are you ok, wiplash etc. Was it a city-centre, is there any chance of a cctv camera anywhere to prove your account? The AA can be good at providing in independent engineer to assess each car etc.
