a, Party SD No3 EL (01), Hoyo Epi Esp EL (04), Dippy 2 (02), JL No2 (07), Sancho Panza Belicosos (08)
Not sure I'll get through 5, but definately 4 out of 5.
These'll be washed down with a few Beers, Ports,Whiskys...and who knows what else

Due to it being my b'day i had my last (only had 2 of em anyway) Cohiba robustos and may i say what a fanferkintastic stick it was too. Wish all cigars had the same draw and burn as these, and the taste mmm!!.

Very nice till the last third, but definitely not worth Cigsr of the yesar... in 2008 or any year for the matter. Unfortunately it started to unravel badly in the last part... took of the wrapper and smoked it "naked".

How ironic, as I just finished my first Casa Magna as well. I seemed to have had a bit better experience with mine, however. I thought it was a good quality smoke, especially for the price.

I agree that the "Cigar of the Year" was over the top and not worthy, but still a good smoke.

Had a 2 rascc which were so so like the ss WAY better. Also just had a drew estate dirt! Now I remember why I don't buy stuff by drew estate.....what a waste of time and $! That's ok though cuz I have a long drive home and will make up for it for sure!

evening all,
had my first ever.........and last, juan lopez selecion no. 2 this eveing! i know many of you rate these quite highly, but i didn't enjoy this at all! bought it as a single back in december, been in the humidor since! it looked flawless, nice construction, nice colour, nice cap, nice aroma! i suspected i was in for a rough one after cutting the cap and had a tough time getting a draw out of it! it started off quite harsh, then settled into quite a nice smoke! nice tidy ash that lasted for approx 1.5"! then, when it reached into it's last third, it turned quite horrible! after removing the band, it burst open! i put it down with about an inch and a half left!!!

very disappointing!!! this is one struck off my list!

sorry to hear of your bad experience, Alex...

The JL2 are definitely a fav among many on the forum. Personally, I find them to be a good smoke, not my fav, but good. Possibly, you got hold of a bad one there. I would give them another shot before ruling them out entirely.
