Had to leave work early due to the snow, so celebrating with a Hoyo Epicure #2 - first one ever, got some based on recommendations here. Very good so far

Snow stopped here so I took a La Aurora Leoninos out to the shed. Not a bad smoke for such a cheap stick.

              Rocky Patel ITC 10th Robusto.
I do like these I think these are another one of these that are fairly cheap but pack a punch.

Which one was it Sean? Robusto, Torp....?

Anyhow, left work on schedule but took a RyJ Churchill with me just in case there was any delays en-route There wasn't but it was a nice excuse for a smoke on the way home. Of course it had to be finished when I got there, but worse things have happened in the world

(La Aurora Leoninos) Robusto. Picked up a 5er on a whim...now thinking I should have gotten two! Good medium stick with a bit of spice and wood wrapped in a creamy center. I probably let it sit for 6-8 months and did notice it was much better then the first one I had. The remaining 3 will sit a bit longer while I source a few more 5ers or a box.

                          H. Upmann Sir Winston in the morning with some coffee.

In the evening, Cohiba Robusto with some Macallan 18yr...both were delicious. The scotch was very, very nice!

Nice one Sean. I've had one of the Robusto and have a fiver of the Torp (well one down). Like you, I reckon they need a bit of time in the lurve nest to bring the best out of them. You're spot on with the tasting notes. I liked them. Cheers for getting back, sorry I was slow with the reply.
